BEST Orange bitters
I recently tried Regan's Orange Bitters and was blown away by the depth and complexity of the flavor. As a cocktail enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for new and interesting bitters to add to my home bar, and Regan's Orange Bitters definitely did not disappoint. The orange flavor is bold and bright, adding a lively citrus note to any cocktail. But what really sets Regan's Orange Bitters apart is the added layers of spice and herbaceousness. These subtle undertones add depth and balance to the orange flavor, making it a versatile addition to a wide range of cocktails.I have already started using Regan's Orange Bitters in all of my classic cocktails, from Old Fashioneds to Martini's, and have received rave reviews from my friends and family. I highly recommend giving Regan's Orange Bitters a try if you are looking to add some excitement and flavor to your cocktails.

Excellent Orage Bitters
RIP Gary Regan! Your bitters live on, but without your image on the label. I like these better than Fee's, which has a glycerin taste, or Angstra orange which seems a little plasticy.

Your Secret Ingredient
Bitters are making a resurgence these days and I know many bars (at least here in NYC) are bringing back a properly made cocktail. Looking at old cocktail books from the 20s, 30s, and 40s I found that bitters were a key ingredient in many classic cocktails. After doing extensive research I learned that Regan's made some of the best, if not the best, orange bitters (go to their website and read the story behind this product). Your other choices are Fee Brothers and Angostura. Regan's however gets, and in my opinion, deserves top billing when it comes to orange bitters. These bitters are great in a variety of drinks and I usually put two dashes in my Old Raj martinis. Although you don't get a strong orange flavor per se you do notice that these bitters subtly enhance the complexity of the drink. Try these and you won't be disappointed. Go to Regan's website to find literally hundreds of drink recipes that use their bitters. You'll be inspired to make something more than a boring vodka tonic or gin martini.

Nice product
There are now three products competing within what has to be just about the skinniest product niche on the planet. I now have and use all three for sole use as an ingredient in some, but not all, martinis. To be honest, all three do a good job of adding that slight touch of citrus that some martini nuts (me, for instance) seem to think balance the flavor profile of certain gins in an attractive way. If gin shaken or poured over ice makes you happy, you wouldn't care, but Gary Regan's labor of love has paid off in my opinion. A lovely product.
